ARTA is mandated by a Company registered in LUANDA, ANGOLA for initiating this present RFP ( Request for Proposals) to international qualified & experienced fishing companies.

The license covers: any type of fish available in ANGOLAN waters ( group of species: Pelagic), in conformity with the prevailing commercial laws- and crustaceans . The license is valid for 20 years. Quantities will be determined by interested parties requirements. Potentially ,the JV agreement will be for long term , but its length will be revisited within the framework of the first phase.
